In motion for flowing traffic since more than 50 years
In the course of time, with continuously increasing mobility, or company has passed a lot of stations. One thing, which has never changed, is our business objective - our intelligent systems keep traffic flowing. For a better environment and safer driving on highways.
1969
Foundation in Aachen as "GBR" (non-trading partnership) with Dr.-Ing. Heinz Heusch and Dipl.-Ing. Jochen Boesefeldt.
1981
Change of corporate form into a "GmbH" (private limited company). Foundation of temporary branches in Hamburg and begin of the 90s in Berlin and Munich.
1994
Integration into the Daimler Benz group, as subsidiary of ITF Intertraffic GmbH.
1999
Integration into the TÜV Rheinland/Berlin-Brandenburg group as subsidiary of the TÜV Kraftfahrt GmbH.
2002
Disengagement from the TÜV Rheinland/Berlin-Brandenburg group and separation of the divisions traffic consulting and traffic telematics by selling the traffic consulting division.
Heusch/Boesefeldt GmbH re-establishes itself as an independent company via a management buyout and continues the system development business and the development of software products in the area of transport telematics at the location Aachen.
2003
Management is taken over by Dr. Dirk Hübner and Berthold Jansen.
The company moves to a new location at Tempelhofer Straße 4-6 in Aachen.
2008
Five years of successful work as a independent company and redesign of the corporate identity.
2011
30th anniversary of the founding of the GmbH (private limited company).
The company has meanwhile grown to 40 employees.
2013
The company moves to the location at Zieglersteg 12 in Aachen.
Foundation of the Munich branch at Zenettistraße 34. Both the increasing activities with the automotive industry and the desire for a stronger presence in southern Germany have prompted Heusch/Boesefeldt to open a branch in Munich.
2018
Foundation of the branch office at Cottbus.
After the activities of the Munich branch were spun off into a separate company, the branch was closed at the end of 2018.
2019
Heusch/Boesefeldt celebrates its 50th anniversary.
2020
The company has meanwhile grown to 50 employees.
2023
Relaunch of HB website.
