In the course of time, with continuously increasing mobility, or company has passed a lot of stations. One thing, which has never changed, is our business objective - our intelligent systems keep traffic flowing.



Foundation in Aachen as "GBR" (non-trading partnership)
with Dr.-Ing. Heinz Heusch and Dipl.-Ing. Jochen Boesefeldt.


Change of corporate form into a "GmbH" (private limited company), move to a new location.

Integration into the Daimler Benz group, as subsidiary of ITF Intertraffic GmbH.


Integration into the TÜV Rheinland/Berlin-Brandenburg group as subsidiary of the TÜV Kraftfahrt GmbH.


Disengagement from the TÜV Rheinland/Berlin-Brandenburg group and separation of the divisions traffic consulting and traffic telematics by selling the traffic consulting division.

Heusch/Boesefeldt GmbH re-establishes itself as an independent company via a management buy out and continues the system development business and the development of software products in the area of transport telematics.


Management is taken over by Dr. Dirk Hübner and Berthold Jansen. The company moves to a new location at Tempelhofer Straße 4-6 in Aachen.


Five years of successful work as a independent company and redesign of the corporate identity.


30th anniversary of the founding of the GmbH (private limited company) 


Heusch/Boesefeldt moves to a new location at Zieglersteg 12 in Aachen.

Founding of the branch office in the Zenettistr. 34 in Munich. Increasing activities with the car industry as well as the desire for a stronger presence in the South of Germany prompted Heusch/Boesefedlt to open a branch office in Munich.

Heusch/Boesefeldt is a founding member of Traffic Technology Solutions LLC (TTS) in Beaverton, Oregon, USA. TTS offers Heusch/Boesefeldt products and services in the Active Traffic Managements (ATM) sector of the North American market. Car2X-projects and services for cooperative systems are also provided. Our subsidiary company in the USA now operates under the name Heusch Boesefeldt America, LLC. The activities concerning our cooperative traffic systems are conducted in the newly found Traffic Technology Services, Inc. at the same location.
