The company  History

In motion for flowing traffic since nearly 40 years

 

In the course of time, with continuously increasing mobility, or company has passed a lot of stations. One thing, which has never changed, is our business objective - our intelligent systems keep traffic flowing.

 
 

1969

Foundation in Aachen as "GBR" (non-trading partnership)
with Dr.-Ing. Heinz Heusch and Dipl.-Ing. Jochen Boesefeldt.

 

1981

Change of corporate form into a "GmbH" (private limited company), move to a new location.

Foundation of the branch offices:

1981 Hamburg
1991 Berlin
1992 München

 

1994

Integration into the Daimler Benz group, as subsidiary of ITF Intertraffic GmbH.

1999

Integration into the TÜV Rheinland/Berlin-Brandenburg group as subsidiary of the TÜV Kraftfahrt GmbH.
 

2002

Disengagement from the TÜV Rheinland/Berlin-Brandenburg group and separation of the divisions traffic consulting and traffic telematics by selling the traffic consulting division.

Heusch/Boesefeldt GmbH re-establishes itself as an independent company via a management buy out and continues the system development business and the development of software products in the area of transport telematics.

 

2003

Management is taken over by Dr. Dirk Hübner and Berthold Jansen. The company moves to a the new location at Tempelhofer Straße 4-6 in Aachen.

 

2008

Five years of successful work as a independent company and redesign of the corporate identity.
